    It's silly, it's awful, it's a red deck.

    -4- Galvanic Blast
    -2- Slagstorm
    -2- Arc Trail
    -4- Shock

    -4- Koth of the Hammer
    -4- Chandra, the Firebrand

    -22- Lands

    -2- Ghost Quarter
    -20- Mountain

    The idea is to use burn spells to kill your opponent. Chandra Forks your spells, and Koth generates the mana you generally need to use Past In Flames. Shrine of Burning Rage just sits there...all pretty-like. It's a simple deck, in execution.
