Basically, I'm a Timmy at heart. I love big creatures that do flashy things, and I've always been a man who loves his dragons, so I decided to make a deck with my favorite legendary Dragon ever printed. This guy is just so absurd it's not even funny.

EDH has become my pet format of sorts. I love playing it, and this is the deck I'm probably going to never get tired of. Dragons, big creatures, and flashy effects. It's simplistic, it's fun, and it wins.
The general idea is to always get Primeval Titan into play. In the more casually-inclined (Read: Not Rafiq of the Many) EDH games, Primeval Titan decides it, because Primeval Titan is the ultimate value creature. It gets you your best lands, and in a format like EDH, where your best lands are absolutely absurd, this can make Primeval Titan get even MORE value.
Most of my games are actually won on the back of Scion himself doing 21 general damage, however. (If you're hit for 21 damage by a single general, you're eliminated regardless of what your life total you're at. We fully take advantage of this with a friend who uses an infinite life combo with Animal Boneyard in his Lin Sivvi deck. I almost always kill him. :P
Usually, you just take Scion and use your lands to dictate what he transmutes into. Hellkite Charger and Dragon Tyrant are usually the value targets, but there are games where Rakdos Pit Dragon is equally as effective in getting you there. If you have Sunhome out, Charger is generally your target. A mana-doubler and Primeval Titan will make Charger absolutely absurd, because you can often transmute, double strike, and double combat in the same turn.
Some personal notes and the card links will be updated in a moment. For now, here's the list.
With 40 nonbasic lands, figuring out your Primeval Titan and Weathered Wayfarer targets can be a bit hectic. Here's my own personal notes on how I've tested the cards:
-Primeval Titan:
-Weathered Wayfarer:
-Wild Pair Targets:
Tell me what you think! =D

-Primeval Titan:
Spoiler:
In descending order:
-Volrath's Stronghold / Kor Haven (Does my opponent have his general in play and planning to win with it? If so, I get Kor Haven first.)
-Kor Haven / Volrath's Stronghold
-Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion
-Raging Ravine
-Celestial Colonnade / Lavaclaw Reaches (Is Scion in play? If so, I get Lavaclaw Reaches first)
-Lavaclaw Reaches / Celestial Colonnade
-Creeping Tar Pit
-Stirring Wildwood
-Krosan Verge
-Red Fetchlands
-Black Fetchlands
-Green Fetchlands
-Blue Fetchlands
-White Fetchlands
-Ravnica Duals
-Beta Duals
-Mistveil Plains (once my mana's efficiently fixed, I just fetch out Mistveil Plains with fetchlands.
-Volrath's Stronghold / Kor Haven (Does my opponent have his general in play and planning to win with it? If so, I get Kor Haven first.)

-Weathered Wayfarer:
Spoiler:
In descending order:
-Whatever manland/Beta dual will help me cast my next spell (Manlands are for when I plan to cast the spell on my next turn, perhaps using the mana I would have used for Wayfarer's ability. Duals are for the spells I can cast after using Wayfarer's ability.)
-Kor Haven / Volrath's Stronghold (Do I need to stave off attacking generals? If so, Haven's the first target. If Scion's in play, often times Stronghold is the superior target because I can loop Scion transmutes during my upkeep)
-Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion / Volrath's Stronghold (Depends on how I'm planning to win. If I plan on winning that turn, Sunhome is the better target due to the fact that double strike is generally going to win me the day more than looping Dragon Tyrant.)
-Manlands
-Krosan Verge
-Fetchlands (in RGBUW order)
-Ravnica Duals
-Beta Duals
-Mistveil Plains

-Wild Pair Targets:
Spoiler:
In combined P/T order, listed from most important to least important. Values with two or less creatures won't be listed; it's only listed if you have the options:
2 (1/1):
-Fierce Empath
-Mistmeadow Witch
-Weathered Wayfarer (when you have Wild Pair on board, Wayfarer is often irrelevant)
4 (1/3, 2/2, 3/1):
-Anger / Withered Wretch / Viashino Heretic (It depends on what board state it is. Anger is often the target, but if an opponent has a graveyard strategy going, Wretch is the target, and if there's a troublesome artifact on board, Heretic is the target.)
-Withered Wretch / Viashino Heretic
-Sakashima the Impostor (Sakashima's really just your second Primeval Titan, or whatever value creature is in play. Often times, Wretch or Heretic will be better "Hahaha, you can't implement your strategy now" creatures)
10 (5/5):
-Yosei, the Morning Star / Hoard-Smelter Dragon / Steel Hellkite (Yosei is almost always the first target. It might as well be a Blazing Archon in this deck. Pits and Hellkite are for troublesome permanents in play that you need to get rid of.)
-Keiga, the Tide Star / Hoard-Smelter Dragon / Steel Hellkite (Keiga is less of a Blazing Archon because it's weaker to Wrath, but it's fantastic against general-based strategies. Again, Pits and Hellkite only if there are troublesome things to kill.)
-Hoard-Smelter Dragon / Steel Hellkite
-Hellkite Charger (You almost never want to cast Hellkite Charger, ever. It's one of the two cards Scion of the Ur-Dragon plays best with, so keep it in your deck if you can. However, if you can go lethal with it, it's worth tutoring.)
12 (6/6):
-Primeval Titan (OBVIOUSLY. He just is. He's the best creature in this deck, bar none, and leads the way for some absolutely absurd plays. I've literally dealt 30 general damage with just Scion. He plays well with Mistmeadow Witch, and especially Spitting Image.)
-Crosis, the Purger / Teneb, the Harvester (It depends, if there's a saucy target for Teneb he's often better, but Crosis can just dominate games single-handedly by neutering hands.)
-Intet, the Dreamer (I like free spells, yeah!)
-Ancient Hellkite (Killing stuff is decent, I heard.)
-Dragon Tyrant (Never tutor this, ever. Mulligan your hands if they contain this. This is the ultimate kill condition for the deck. If you play it, tutor Stronghold and get it into play, and don't pay the upkeep cost, so you can loop it with Scion / Stronghold.)
2 (1/1):
-Fierce Empath
-Mistmeadow Witch
-Weathered Wayfarer (when you have Wild Pair on board, Wayfarer is often irrelevant)
4 (1/3, 2/2, 3/1):
