    Your lands are a bit...less than optimal.

    Try running all three fetchlands, all six duals, all three Ravnica bouncelands, Mutavault, and whatever you feel the best duals are. I'm not a fan of storage lands, CIPT mono-color lands not named Halimar Depths, and especially Stalking Stones. (Why not Mutavault over that? :S)

    Nevvy's Disk deserves a nod here. Why you're not running it is beyond me. Same with Forge; you set those two cards up in combination and it's pretty much GG unless an opponent plays RFG artifact removal (hint: I had that actually happen to me in a game where I had the combo up and someone tutored for Return to Dust. Sob.)

    Speaking of tutors, WHERE ARE YOURS? Mystical Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, Beseech the Queen, Diabolic Tutor, ENLIGHTENED TUTOR, etc., etc...?

    Also, just between you and me, run Transmute Artifact. It is perhaps the sickest piece of technology with Sundering Titan (AND Sharuum, AND Master Transmuter) EVER invented. Yeah, sometimes you hit your own lands...but that's when you don't play Sundering Titan =D

    You should be running Jace 2.0.

    I also notice a lack of Sword of Fire and Ice, Umezawa's Jitte, and Sensei's Divining Top.

    And yes, I realize this is probably because of budget constraints. Wherever you play EDH, I'm sure they'll allow proxies; my group certainly does.

    The deck would need some srs overhauling, though. A lot of key components that just make the deck work so well are missing.

    Why 40 lands? The typical land count I've seen is usually 36.

    I wish I had a Jace 2.0... I'll talk to my playgroup about proxying it. I'll be getting a bunch of the artifacts you mentioned soonish, as well as tutors, though I think the only worthwhile tutors are Mystical, Vampiric, Demonic, and Enlightened - Imperial Seal is a duplicate of Vampiric Tutor so that obviously works as well.

    I didn't realize Transmute Artifact was so OP, actually - I was thinking that it was basically identical to Reshape until you mentioned CIP effects. I'll run a copy.

    Flooded Strand and Polluted Delta. I actually forgot about them. /headdesk

    They're not overly expensive. A/B/U lands are simply because of budget issues, but I'll proxy/get them too I guess.

    As for mono-colored CIP lands - I think that New Benalia (taps for W, scry 1, CIPT) is decent enough, and Tolaria West has transmute so that's the only reason.
     
    Oh, right, I forgot, you need your tutor for Academy Ruins.

    Cabal/Urborg? Profane Command?

    On the contrary, I usually see 40 lands. If you like 36, go ahead...but there's a lot of power in the lands of the game.

    And you can never have enough tutors.
     
    Cabal Coffers without Urborg is really weak, but I need to put Urborg in. Profane Command isn't a necessity, I think... I'd put in Cryptic Command before I put in Profane, and it's not in there either. Cryptic's really good though, and I might be tempted to make space for it.

    I will likely want to play Eiganjo Castle, maybe Flagstones of Trokair, and Minamo, School at the Water's Edge. Especially Minamo.
     
    Play them in place of basics...they're honestly pretty much entirely better.

    Also, don't ever doubt Profane Command's power. It's a fantastic finisher. I can't tell you how many people have died to it in my EDH group.

    Speaking of, is this more geared for 1v1 or multiplayer?
     
    This is geared more towards 1v1, because we play more of those than we do multiplayer. When we do play multiplayer it's either two-headed giant or Archenemy, so that's not too bad.

    If Cabal could tap for B I'd play it, but it can't just tap for B.

    Updated. Need to find space for a bunch of stuff. More mana ramp, probably. Oblivion Ring, Coalition Relic, maybe March of the Machines, et al.

    Considering cutting some creatures/spells. Memory Plunder, Epochrasite, etc.
