I always thought this was a cute deck when it first popped up, but I always felt it needed Essence Warden to be truly good. I've also included budget-friendly options for those who don't have the wallets for this sort of thing.

So the idea is to ride your tokens, Ascendants and Pridemates to victory. Spectral Procession and Windbrisk Heights are more white options, with Stirring Wildwoods and Tectonic Edge as land options.

Glorious Anthem! Gaia's Anthem! Honor of the Pure even (maybe, I dunno).

4 Serra Ascendants seem like a better idea than just 2. Also, Survival Cache for the Divination in place of the Leylines. They clunk your hand and do nothing if you don't drop one in the opening hand; Leyline of Vitality is for Elves. Sideboarded Elves. Sideboarded Elves afraid of Pyroclasm. More Beastmaster Ascension (seems to be your wincon) is also probably a good idea.
