Gifts Ungiven is restricted 4 card tutor in vintage. Too good.
Voltaic Key is unrestricted Aaron argues that since the rest of the pieces are restricted, this shouldn't be a problem. I sure hope so. Possibly this may make an impact.
Black Vise is unrestricted 3 damage = nothing in vintage
Mind Twist is unrestricted I don't see how this can be abused anyway. Discard outside of duress and torach is never been good in vintage. And torach is debatable on playability as well.
Gush is unrestricted Well this card's relatively weak anyway. Sure it draws 2 for free, but it's generally not useful outside tog or a last minute combo draw anyway. Or not. It can just be lying to me and is really bonkers for all I know.
Legacy
Flash is banned No brainer. Flash was a monster in the only Legacy tourney it was legal in.
Mind Over Matter is unbanned 6 mana. I really can't see it winning games like that anyway
Replenish is unbanned Well Aaron basically says that the new technology against combo will kill off this combo anyway. That's probably true.
Standard, Extended, Time Spiral Block Constructed, Two-Headed Giant Constructed
No changes Not surprising.
