    So I just came back from a draft today with some friends; we'll be playing the matches over the next few days or so, and the decklists have been recorded already so that no cheating will be able to occur. I paid $15 for the draft; it was pretty awesome, considering I made my money back like 3 times over. I pulled an Elspeth Tirel and a Wurmcoil; I pulled Elspeth pack 3 pick 1, though, so I couldn't manage to play it...

    Ya...Untamed Might + Tainted Strike is way too mean for common cards >> and with Putrefax at that....i hate infect, but it's too easy to take advantage of >>
     
    I know Heavy Arablest seems decent here, but without Solition in your deck it's really not worth it. Try it in the sideboard against a controllish deck (because I've ran too many times into the double Tumble Magnet / Contagion Clasp deck) and see how it works out.

    I don't like Vector Asp, either. Cut it for a Leaden Myr.

    We have a joke at my tables where I always end up with Steel Hellkite. (3 out of the 5 Limited tournaments I went to had me running one maindeck.) Thing's a bomb. (I know, off-topic.)

    I like your curve a lot. Putrefax into Wurmcoil or Carnifex, not bad at all, sir.

    Yeah, I cut those already. =o

    I kind of just went to 16 land and added another Leaden Myr, as well as putting in Necrogen Scudder over Vector Asp and cutting Arbalest entirely.

    I won the draft with the deck; I was quite satisfied with my triumph over a Molten Masticore + Sword of Body and Mind.dec somebody drafted. (Foil Sword too; D: )
     
    Sword and Masticore? Must've misplayed hardfuggin'core. o.O

    Good show, though. I won my first SoM prerelease playing R/x. Red's just so good in this format, I swear.
