    1 Trigon of Infestation
    1 Withstand Death
    1 Carapace Forger
    1 Arrest
    1 Kuldotha Rebirth
    1 Inkmoth Nexus

I vaguely recall picking up Inkmoth Nexus as my p1p1 because I saw it and was like "infect infect infect". That plan obviously didn't work out, because I was never passed any good infect cards after that; probably half the table was in infect, but I don't know for sure. I was, however, passed quite a few red removal spells, so I went for those; Flamefiend, &c. The rest is dinos and stuff.

During deckbuilding I briefly considered Kuldotha Rebirth + Metallic Mastery (total blowout), but decided against it (inconsistent). I also didn't splash a Plains for the Arrest, and that might have been a mistake (over a Ringleader?), since I had a Viridian Emissary.

    UG Dinos(?):

    Creatures:

    2 Fangren Marauder
    1 Alpha Tyrannax
    1 Quilled Slagwurm
    1 Blightwidow
    1 Tangle Mantis

    1 Neurok Replica
    1 Silver Myr
    1 Gold Myr

    Sorceries / Instants:
    1 Vivisection
    1 Lead the Stampede
    1 Disperse

    Artifacts:
    1 Strider Harness
    1 Bladed Pinions

    Lands:
    8 Island
    9 Forest

    Notable / In-Color Sideboard Cards:
    1 Wall of Tanglecord
    1 Bonds of Quicksilver
    1 Ezuri, Renegade Leader

    1 Ezuri's Archers
    2 Tangle Hulk
    1 Morbid Plunder
    1 Skinrender
    1 Divine Offering
    1 Revoke Existence

Once again I briefly considered splashing White for the removal (Gold Myr and so on; one or at most two Plains wouldn't hurt too badly). If I could have made a better deck, please comment &c. I got a bunch of pretty awesome things... Anatomist is a total blowout against a great number of things (it's like Blinding Mage++, but it does cost more mana). Cryptoplasm copies things. Strider Harness is cheap haste and Bladed Pinions is cheap evasion. I tend to value those pieces of equipment as mid-pack picks, because they give random abilities to my guys, but I don't know whether I should pick them or not.

No Elf subtheme here. Move along.

    UW Evasion (?)

    Creatures:
    1 Quicksilver Gargantuan
    1 Spire Serpent
    1 Scrapdiver Serpent
    1 Neurok Invisimancer
    1 Phyrexian Juggernaut
    1 Darkslick Drake
    1 Auriok Sunchaser
    1 Kemba's Skyguard
    1 Gore Vassal
    1 Gold Myr
    1 Silver Myr

    Sorceries / Instants:
    1 Choking Fumes
    1 Disperse
    1 Banishment Decree

    Artifacts:
    1 Viridian Claw
    1 Flayer Husk
    1 Strider Harness
    1 Tumble Magnet
    1 Ratchet Bomb

    Enchantments:
    2 Arrest
    1 Volition Reins

    Lands:
    10 Island
    7 Plains

This deck was ... okay-ish. It had a bit of removal - Arrests, Volition Reins, Choking Fumes, Disperse, Ratchet Bomb - and a bunch of big guys: Quicksilver Gargantuan, Scrapdiver Serpent, Spire Serpent, Phyrexian Juggernaut, as well as two in-color mana myr. However, I'm not sure how it really holds together; if it even holds together at all.

Is "bashing your opponent to death while not dying" a valid wincon? That's a good question.

Anyway, as always: advice &c. is greatly appreciated.

    Notable / In-Color Sideboard Cards:
    1 Chrome Steed
    1 Flight Spellbomb
    1 Soliton
    1 Heavy Arbalest
    1 Ardent Recruit
    2 Tine Shrike
    1 Thrummingbird
    2 Bonds of Quicksilver
    1 Fuel for the Cause
    1 Vedalken Certarch
    1 Twisted Image
    1 Steady Progress
    1 Burn the Impure
    1 Contested War Zone

The cool interaction was ignored (consistency issues again). U: 2 damage... we can live the dream, can't we? > :

Bashing your opponent to death while not dying? LOL, look at Standard before Sword of Feast and Famine was printed.

Deck 1 can use 2 Plains to splash Arrest. IMO it's worth it.

Deck 2 needs the most work. You can splash the two removal spells off two Plains, and Wall of Tanglecord and Tangle Hulk are definitely cards to consider maindecking. They're certainly better than Bladed Pinions, Strider Harness, Vivisection and Disperse (which is a sideboard card imo)

Deck 3...Soliton/Arbalest are seriously better than Spire Serpent/Strider Harness (that card is just not good, but that could be just me who thinks so. It's only really good in Infect imo) It seriously just wins you games you have no right winning sometimes. You can pretty much Plague Wind them when you get it going, and even in a race, they have to apply a tremendous amount of pressure, likely lethal, to even hope to let you untap with it.

    Just my $0.02.

Bladed Pinions I can sort of understand (a bit more expensive to equip), but I think that Strider Harness is good in a lot of archetypes... giving a really big beater haste and +1/+1 for only 1 is great when you have something like Ezuri's Brigade or Engulfing Slagwurm ready to charge in there and bash bash bash for damage. It helped me win a few locked board positions (where my Steel Hellkite was able to take out a bunch of my opponent's permanents before it got nuked by an Oxidda Scrapmelter, &c.) I can see how it's not extremely relevant in my third deck, though, and Heavy Arbalest is an acceptable replacement (and a very good one after fitting in Soliton... somewhere). Spire Serpent is a 5/7 usually for 4U, so I kind of want to keep it, however.

Vivisection worked okay for me, as it allowed me to sacrifice randomly irrelevant late-game mana Myr for cards. It's sort of like trading two for three, except a bit better.

I actually usually maindeck Disperse, because of its good interactions with reusable things... also, sometimes you just need to bounce their lone blocker and run in there for game. However, Tangle Hulk is likely a lot better than I initially thought it was (which was "this card is a bit terrible"), simply because it has regeneration. Wall of Tanglecord is awesome, but space is slightly a problem.
