    99 Wasteland

Phew! What a list to type out!

The idea with the deck is to loot, hoping to draw into Agadeem or Cabal Coffers (or, alternatively, the Revenant / Urborg combo) to ramp to Sedris and a giant Unearth strike that will most certainly kill them. It's rather simple, and it's pretty much the EDH version of Standard Dredge.

Let me know what you think! =D

    Well.

    Nice choice of stuff, here.

It's generally a good idea to play Nicol Bolas (planeswalker version) because some of the most powerful effects in EDH (as in, lockdown-ish) come from... well, non-creature permanents.

A bunch of creatures are also slightly subpar - Malfegor, Spellbound Dragon, et al. (so is Bolas, to be honest! Well, the creature...), and you could definitely play copies of awesome things like Myojin of Night's Reach, Keiga, the Tide Star, Ambition's Cost, and other sauce like Nevinyrral's Disk, Oblivion Stone, and Duplicant. Skullclamp can definitely find a home somewhere, I'm sure...

    tl;dr
Your non-creature spell selection isn't bad at all, but I think the creatures can be fixed some.

Malfegor fuels a second wave of unearthing. In general, the spells played by the deck are usually out by the time Sedris himself is cast, so pitching your entire hand isn't the worst of ideas at the time.

Spellbound Dragon loots for a powerup. I find that to generally be pretty useful in the deck.

Nicol Bolas is a prime reanimator target due to hasty discard. He's usually pitched at first, then unearthed later if my opponent gets too much card advantage. He's much better than Night's Reach because of the fact that he can be Unearthed while Night's Reach really can't.

I saw some lists using certain creatures and just found them subpar because they don't have much synergy with what the deck attempts to do. I don't want to be sitting around with a hand full of fatties, so I'd like to loot them (hence the overuse of looter effects). The targets were rather subpar for the most part, so I just decided to pick the targets I did. I'm sure I'm missing some...

Ah, I see... looting your big guys and not actually playing them to cheat them into play later. That said, some spells still seem really... underpowered. Like Big Game Hunter, Sphinx Ambassador, Comet Storm, and Makeshift Mannequin. I think that more Wrath effects would help - Oblivion Stone and Nevinyrral's Disk, for example, as well as Ponder-esque effects, like Sensei's Divining Top. If you want reanimation, it's usually Necromancy, Beacon of Unrest, or Zombify, for B choices.
