    I agree with you DonRoyale, Innistrad does make one want to brew. : X It got me playing T2 again, and that's something NPH didn't make me do.

    I dunno what to cut, but you should definitely play Dissipate. Card is super strong, especially with Snapcasters.

    Also consider Jin-Gitaxias.
     
    Dissipate is good - I do play it in UB control - but I would play 4 Visions of Beyond if I had space.

    As you can see I do not. ;_;

    I would probably run Sphinx over Jin-Gitaxias, actually, just in case I had to hardcast it (and the Praetor is so expensive : x). In whichever case, Elesh Norn might be better in the sideboard because of this (counters specific decks but not others) - I just didn't want to run Massacre Wurm.
