The idea is to use Mine and Font to burn the opponent to death with Underworld Dreams. Otherwise, Megirim penalizes them for each card they'd have to discard at the end of their turn, when they have >7 cards in their hand. Burning Inquiry and Chandra can really **** opponents up; by turn 6; an active Megrim and Underworld dreams causes Chandra's -2 to deal 17 damage, assuming they have 7 cards in hand (which will be the case if a Mine or Font is up...which is very likely.) Burning Inquiry will deal 9 damage. And that's assuming 1 active Megirim / Underworld Dreams. More...is just unfair. =D

Looks brutal against more controlling decks. I believe there's also traumatic visions to consider, since it's basically howling mine + underworld dreams for 2r/br/b.
