Stolen right from Billy Moreno. I'd link to the video but YouTube linking isn't allowed if memory serves. Just YouTube "Deck Tech with Billy Moreno" and look at the GPDC video you find. He'll tell you the crazy things this deck is capable of.

    -4- Lightning Bolt
    -4- Resounding Wave
    -4- Roiling Terrain

    -25- Lands

    -4- Raging Ravine
    -3- Rootbound Crag
    -4- Misty Rainforest
    -4- Scalding Tarn
    -3- Tectonic Edge
    -3- Island
    -2- Forest
    -2- Mountain

    -15- Sideboard

    -3- Basilisk Collar

    -2- Spellbreaker Behemoth

This deck is one I'd really, really like to try. The problem is the price tag; Jace, Cobra and eight (!) fetches make it quite difficult on the purse strings (but not the proxies! XD) to run.

The idea is to completely dominate all of their lands. As much of an odd addition to the deck as Resounding Wave seems, with Lotus Cobra it is very possible to cycle it, and in bare terms it's strictly better than Regress.

Roiling Terrain's a beast. Eats their land and their Planeswalker (if they can cast anything but Jace on double-blue with no way to get to more than one of a specific color in most scenarios), and it just loves Knight of the Reliquary decks.

I think Billy can explain the deck better than me; I'm netdecking him entirely because I'm sure I couldn't make any changes that'd improve the matchups (though I'd probably edit my sideboard to improve the Vampires matchup, which I run into quite often in my meta). Just look up the video.

Finally, a deck in my three favorite colors! =D

Let me know what you think.
