    Land
    12 Plains
    11 Islands
    4 Halimar DEpths
    1 Glacial Fortress

    Creatures
    4 Halimar Excavators
    4 Ondu Clerics
    4 Talus Paladins
    4 Hada Freeblade
    3 Jwari Shapeshifters
    2 Seagate Loremasters

    Spells
    4 Rite of Replication
    3 Brave the Elements
    2 Angelsong
    2 Cancel
    2 Dispel
    2 Join the Ranks
    1 Divine Verdict
    1 Felidar Sovereign
    1 Marshall's Anthem

    Sideboard
    4 Trapmaker's Snare
    2 Journey to Nowhere
    2 Divine Verdict
    2 Resounding Silence
    2 Soul's Grace
    2 Ravenous Trap
    1 Relic of Progenitus

I designed the sideboard SPECIFICALLY to beat Boss Naya.
It's the only deck thats beaten me with straight wins.

    -4 Halimar Excavator
    +4 Kazandu Blademaster

People do not like it when you mill them, except if you're Standard Dredge. Besides, if you're running them, run Mill Allies instead of Lifegain Allies. Blademaster is an automatic 4-of in pretty much every Ally deck imaginable. Why you aren't running 4 is beyond me...Besides, it works incredibly well with Talus Paladin, beating face and gaining you lots of life.

    -1 Talus Paladin
    +1 Jwari Shapeshifter

Shapeshifter is more important and you'd rather cast a Paladin for 1U than 3W, so you can leave mana open.

    -2 Angelsong
    +1 Brave the Elements

Brave is better than Angelsong because in this deck it's pretty much Safe Passage, which is the best Fog effect pretty much ever. Just block, call their color, and watch as their creatures die (hopefully) and yours don't.

    -2 Dispel
    -1 Divine Verdict
+2 Path to Exile / Journey to Nowhere
    +2 Oblivion Ring

Your white removal is better than your counters for most of these situations. Oblivion Rings take out Planeswalkers and BN's Basilisk Collars, which is important because they'll just remove whatever will threaten Elspeth or Vengeant. If you have Paths, run them; otherwise the Journeys from your sideboard will do just fine. I find Divine Verdict's too overcosted.

Your sideboard is a gigantic heap of mess. 4 Snares and 2 RTraps? For what? x.X

Go with Celestial Purges, Harm's Ways, maybe even Umara Raptors if needbe. Keep the Relic and up the count if you need that much graveyard hate.

Also, Kabira Evangel is a strong choice here. I don't know where to fit it but they seem almost necessary.

i would love a kabira evangel but i have NONE which sucks because Join the Ranks is an instant for two triggers for two allies at once. My sideboard is only meant for Boss Naya because my milling only makes things worse. If you've played Boss Naya you know what I mean.

    Ravenous Trap
If i dont have this in my hand then trapfinder will find it and i can play it for 0.

    Souls Grace
before i turn knight of the reliquary into a 2/2 i want that power he's built up.

    2 Journey to Nowhere
    2 Divine Verdict
    2 Resounding Silence

    for the... *shudder* ...Baneslayer Angel.
Don't say anything about it until you've played against it. it's worse in person.

Graveyard hate becomes pointless when you have removal to deal with the Knight. ("Pro"tip: Don't let them untap with it.)

If you're that afraid of KotR, get Meddling Mages, if you want to go that far into hating it.

Either that, or the always-useful Pithing Needle. Won't stop the static ability but it helps it keep from becoming Mother of Runes for a turn. Or...just crazy fetch fetcher.

Mainboard your removal. No reason why you should lose game 1 because you're not holding enough answers to their threats.

I've played, Terminated, Essence Scattered, hell, even Bolas'd (*snicker*) Baneslayers before. (Why is Boss Naya playing it? The whole premise of Boss Naya is that BSA gets ditched in favor of Stoneforge's toolbox capabilities...:V)

Ok, I'm taking out the halimars for kazandus and putting in one more brave the elements. putting in two more join the ranks, looking for some kabira and oblivion rings. pulling out all cancels and putting in souls grace. relic keep. traps maybe.

    Revised:
    Land
    11 Plains
    11 Islands
    1 Glacial Fortress

    Creatures
    4 Kazandu Bladmaster
    4 Ondu Clerics
    4 Talus Paladins
    4 Hada Freeblade
    3 Jwari Shapeshifters
    2 Seagate Loremasters
    1 Felidar Sovereign

    Spells
    4 Rite of Replication
    4 Brave the Elements
    4 Join the Ranks
    2 Divine Verdict
    1 Marshall's Anthem
    2 Journey to Nowhere
    2 Divine Verdict

Halimar Depths slowed me down too much so I threw that out.

O-Rings are Common, if my memory doesn't fail me. Should be fairly cheap to pick up a playset. Kabira is a rare, but not an overvalued rare, so should be fairly cheap as well. Nothing over $15-20 or so on the high end for a playset of both, certainly.

You need more multicolored land, though, I think. Why not run more Paths in the maindeck? Path is epic removal and you should totally run it, and Divine Verdict isn't that great for a 3W cost card (I mean, O_O), and you already have Join the Ranks and Rite of Replication at 4 CMC.

Just, it's not entirely advised to play Path in the early game because then you get screwed by stuff. Stuff named helping your opponent mana-accel.

I've Bit Blasted a damaged Baneslayer before and then finished it off with an extra Bolt. Bit Blast netted me a Bloodbraid which netted me... but that's another story.
