Can anyone tell me how i can get mudkip in pearl without going to the wifi trade center. i already looked there and its not registered there. Please help!

Mudkip along with all the other starters (Besides Sinnoh ones) cannot be obtained in the Sinnoh region without either Trading/Hacking. Just use the Quick trade thread to find one, to be able to search for a Pokemon in the GTS you need to have it registered in your Pokedex.

Is anyone willing to trade me a mudkip?? i would really like one for my pearl. i have all of the kanto starters and im trying to get all of the hoenn starters. it says on the internet that i can get a mudkip egg by breeding a camerupt with a magicarp and hatch it at lake valor but i dont really believe that.
