First: I realize I have not blogged since Easter, for crying out loud. This needs to be fixed.
Second: SHAMELESS. SELF. PROMOTION. I have made a fan club and I would REALLY like some people to join and talk about this manga with me because I currently have NO ONE to talk to about it. >__> Here is the link to the Hajime no Ippo Fan Club!
Please join :3
Third: For anybody who cares, I figured an update about life might be nice. My dad had to switch jobs recently, so life has been hectic because of that. He used to work in the mountains at a youth detention facility (NOT juvenile hall) and he loved it because it was outdoors and, because it was pretty far away, he could stay in the dorms up there for three days straight, and come home. But the county (read: one crazy person who had a lot of influence) wanted to close it, so now dad has to travel to a farther away place, to and from, EVERY DAY. Our gas expenses just went up...kinda. Luckily dad can carpool with someone, so that is helping, but we don't quite know by how much yet.
Also, I learned how to plant an orchard this summer! :D It was my summer job with my future step-grandfather. We planted around 2500 olive trees for my great aunt. It was hot and hard and tiring, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the new experience. And it was nice, when it was over, feeling VERY accomplished. XD
So yeah, it is late and I will head to bed soon, so I may not comment tonight. :3
