smear about 10 trees with honey come back about 6hours later i think its 6 and check them all dont keep reseting infront of a tree all it does is change the pokemons charecteristics not the pokemon for example lvl 7u modest burmy you reset it it becomes lvl 8 adamant burmy

6 hours for me! I got one and it's level 76 (everstone)
It's really rare and you have to put the honey on the trees near valley windworks.
Catch rate is ok, and i'm sure you can catch it with a ultra ball.
