.MUS to .MID

Hi everyone!

I have a load of .MUS files that I made on Finale Notepad. Can anyone tell me how to convert them to .MID, .WAV or .MP3/convert them for me. I have already tried to save the as an 'all file' with those extensions, but it won't work!
