Jolty, there is already a request thread in Other Entertainment for requesting music. Talk about bands and such goes there too, so there is no need for a Sub-Forum, since Other Entertainment isn't that busy to begin with.

Just to continue what he said, entertainment is for, books,TV,movies,and MUSIC. There is no need for a sub-forum.

Yeah. ^_^; That thread shouldn't actually be there, really. o_o; Music sharing is probably too far on the illegal side to have a topic for, much less an entire sub-forum encouraging it. And music discussion in general does fine in OE on its own.

There's a lot of things that are legal in Canada. Unfortuneately, you won't find many hosts in Canada.

If anyone really wants to get files, they should just do it via IRC or messenger file-sends.

A music thread? I'm sorry, but I think that's an illogical idea for there are already many many music threads here on PC, and, as Kairi said, it's kind of illegal. I don't really know how or why, but I'm just following the rules. Don't mind me, heh.

Downloading Music in Canada is legal, however they put taxes on things like Ipods to make up for the loss revenue.

I think it sounds like a cool idea Jolty!!! You can do things like talk about different music styles, post music downloads, and just chat about new released songs and stuff! Me likez the idea. =D
