There are some question I have regarding music insertion, those being:

1) Which one is better? Sappy or GBA Music Studio
2)How do you add a new music track without replacing an existing music track?

1. Sappy is the most used music hacking tool and is easy to use. GBA Music Studio is a proposed advanced improvement of Sappy, but is still in beta stage. For beginners, I recommend Sappy.
