What do you think of the music?

^^ Yeah that is what I was thinking, but having the music get more intense if your pokemon, a wild pokemon, or the opponent's pokemon was low in health would make the battles even better.

Maybe one is a trainer battle and the other is a wild battle or maybe it is just two different parts of the song.

That's what I thought too, hope I'm wrong though. Having the battle theme change in more intense situations would be immense!

I like the idea and I don't. The previous generations allowed you to actually memorize the songs without having a new song interrupt it, but also the same song looping over and over again might get somewhat annoying.

Am I the only one who hears the Hoenn reference in Hiun City's music?

The first 3 generation's music was so good that it made DPPt's look crap in comparison. The music I've heard so far from this generation indicates a significant improvement. Apart from that Evil Team grunt music. Galactic's was waaaaayyy better.

Now that I think about it... that could be a bad thing. If you have that a maximum six times in a battle that would get irritating... really irritating. If only Game Freak could find a way to make the music blend and become chaotic, instead of looping.

There is a scene that plays the low hp music slowly and has text. Filb.de says that they are pointing out that the music changes while you have a pokemon in red. As soon as Mijumaru is knocked out the music goes back to normal.

I definitely like the idea of the music changing. I do wish they would remove that annoying siren-like sound when your HP is low. Seems like it blends with the chaotic music though, so it might be less annoying. :r

They made the beeping sound part of the music that plays when your health is red. Its not really annoying anymore!

NO MORE BEEPING, clearly this a victory for the forces of justice.

The beeping is still there, its just been made into a dramatic song.
