Yes I purposely misspelled that.
Don't you hate how music is now? Pretty much you get one beat and a decent pick up line, throw in random words spoken really fast, and you've got a song. (Specifically, You Spin My Head Right Round - Flo Rida)
Or, you can just make up words (Yahh - Soulja Boy)
And don't go, oh, that's just rap, EVERYONE DOES IT! Listen to any Hannah Montana song (But make sure you don't commit suicide), listen to Know Your Enemy (Green Day), listen to Sharpest Lives (MCR). You think you're paying for a 4 minute song... but how long is your song REALLY?
And the way iTunes handles intros! IDK if there are any maggots reading this, so I'll explain it. Slipknot, on their first album, had a song called (Sic). The track before it (named "the Barcode" by fans) is the same freaky noise repeated over with a sampled sentenced repeated, too. The thing goes on for about 0:35 minutes (Whereas the same kind of stuff would be passed off as rap, were it longer) with some minor alterations, like the voice speeding up. This intro, and ONLY this intro, is selling on itunes for $1.29. I could get a Mushroomhead 8 minute long song with the only repetitions being riffs and choruses for $0.99. That's less, for the idiots who can't figure it out.
Top Offenses:
Rock/Metal-
Sharpest Lives (MCR)
Chancre Sore (MRH)
Know the Enemy (Green Day)
Decadence (Disturbed)
Rap/Pop-
All of Hannah Montana
50 Cent, Soulja Boy, and anyone else who calls themselves a "Rapper."
Feel free to add.
