1 on 1 X men all on all even 50-50 because, like Wolverine heals himself have nearly an indestructable skeleton, Charles Xavier mind control, Cyclops laser pokemon in half, those examples of X men, now pokemon Draginites hyper beam like cyclops laser beam would be powerful, Alakazam would face of against Charles Xavier, and maybe 5 pokemon against wolverine might do it

X-Men would win. You have Wolverine's healing factor, Cyclops can take pokemon down with his powerful blasts.
If Magneto was a X men he would use all his magnetic powers to take down the steel type pokemon.
Jean Gray/Phoenix is pretty strong so could take down some legendarys
Rouge would kiss Jynx to get her powers and take down the pokemon with her moves (meaning like a ice punch to a pokemon with that weakness)
