I'd like to see Wolverine VS Scyther

Otherwise just a full on battle its would be what legends are made of

The ones in bold are not X-Men. They are the Brother Hood.

X-Men would win. You have Wolverine's healing factor, Cyclops can take pokemon down with his powerful blasts.
If Magneto was a X men he would use all his magnetic powers to take down the steel type pokemon.
Jean Gray/Phoenix is pretty strong so could take down some legendarys
Rouge would kiss Jynx to get her powers and take down the pokemon with her moves (meaning like a ice punch to a pokemon with that weakness)

Pokemon. Seriously. Think pokemon like Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Wailord, Snorlax.. They could easily just crush them. Others can breathe fire, have razor sharp claws, so uh, pokemon xD

Seriously, its gonna be pokemon. The hard ones to take down would be:

Wolverine (because of his healing...but if you broke his claws he's useless and what happens if he's decapitated, or completely disintegrated?)

Magneto (fairly easy, just send a non-steel type really)

Jean grey (ok, she's tough but Dialga and Palkia control TIME AND SPACE. With a blink of the eye, they could make all of the x-men simply blink out of existence)

Cyclops (Mr Mime's barrier's would stop him :D Or Metwo could redirect the beams right into his heart)

Yeah, cause Mewtwo was SO unintelligent. I mean, he only managed to perfect CLONING, while at the same time improving th clones beyond the originals. But, y'know, that isn't THAT clever.
