i used ulead photo express 2.00 i saw ur art and thought it was cool but i cant do what u can do so thats to bad ur arts awsome though

Is it your first time too?
Picture It can do pretty much the same and quite alot more but I thought that's what you used when I saw the 2nd Pikachu. Under Illusions in Picture It it has the same thing...it's called Note Paper I think and that pikachu looked like it had been Note Papered...but great job!
And if you've got the "Putty" option on Photo Express 2.00 you can change thier shape and stuff...freaky...
