My Brother Thinks hes Phsycic

    Has your little brother or sister ever said that they could see spirits and aruas? Well my brother thinks he can and its really weird. Like a few days ago he told me my spirit guides names. One was Kristine (Female) age 11. Another was Kyle the Kitsune (Male) I think age 22. And he even told me about my guardian angel. I think he's just making it up cause he dosent act like its serious and the names of the guides sound phoney to me. Anyways can you tell me if your brother or sister or just anyone in particular thinks they are phsycic?
     
    One one hand it could be a matter of him being just a silly kid, but more likely he's suffering a debilitating mental illness and you should probably have him committed. Suppress him with some chloroform and take him to the nearest psychiatric hospital. Don't tell your parents, they'll just try to interfere.

    Anyway, my brother believes he's precog, but it's either him lying or him giving an extremely high chance (I bet the bus will be exactly 1.5 minutes late... lo and behold!)
    I do think that I probably have some sort of thing that most others have, hard to describe - like that question - How am I conscious? but that's scizotypal personality for you!

    I personally consider is possible, but definately not in "o lol today I saw your SG, pretty cool guy" way.

    You haven't specifed his age, but I believe he just got to know that stuff and he's imagining things.
     
    When I was browsing the forums, I read the title and just said to myself "so what?" I mean, it seems to me like many people are against there being a paranormal side to the world. I may sound completely mad (crazy) and all, but it's nothing all that serious. So what? He thinks he's psychic. I for one think that's bloody brilliant of someone to be. I'd love to be psychic myself.

    Clearly I believe in the paranormal. There are many things in this world that cannot be explained, but there has to be an answer out there to all these questions. I know many people who think they have something wrong with them, when they claim to see auras or spirits, and I don't get worked up over that. I don't think they're crazy. There is a possibility that someone can be psychic. I don't think anyone should rule out the fact that there could be something completely out of this world when death comes.

    As per your question, I stated above that I know people who claimed that. Heck, even I thought I was psychic at one point - no, many points. I know I'm not, but like I said, you shouldn't rule out the fact that the boy could be serious. I would look into this if I were you. Try asking him some questions or something to get some details into this, and then look them up online.

    Um I do believe in the paranormal. Im a christan anyways. Also I think sylvia is a fake. I know when a person is a phsycic or not.
     
    yeah when i was little i would just be in any old scenario (usually involving a group of people) and i'd think of one thing, and they would say that. i thought it was some kind of mystical power, but it's just predictability and wit working together... or is it?

    also, i've been told i have no aura, whereas most people have them.
    i wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not.

    about your brother, he could be letting his imagination run crazy (hey thats a good thing), but keep a bit of an open mind about it. because there's always the possibility

    But being serious, I think it's a lie just meant to freak you out. That and I don't believe in psychics.
     
    How old is your brother? He is probably just lying to impress you and to seem cool. There is nothing wrong with him; unless he's over the age of 7. You probably shouldn't concern yourself with this.

    Your brother has probably just been on Furcadia or something. Send him to furry rehab; he'll realise he's human and not magical soon enough.

    Seriously, he's probably just making these up as imaginary friends to impress. Just ignore it or play along. He probably doesn't actually think he's psychic -- if he does, he'll grow out of it, unless he's actually older than eight and really truly believes it.

    I believe in paranormal things. I don't think i'm physic but I can sometimes guess things about people, that I shouldn't know, that they haven't told me about. But that's only sometimes, and I think that might be because I know my friends like the back of my hand.

    I'm a little less predictable than that though. Good or bad, I dunno.

    But yeah, I'm the youngest at my house, so I don't have that problem. I think he may just be... I dunno.

    My friend had something like that, but with her older brother, when they were younger, her brother kept seeing a woman on his bed, looking at her watch -She was clothed. NO DIRTY THOUGHTS PEOPLE xD- and he would talk to her, and he said she told him things, just random things. But apparently, he wasn't lying, because she saw her aswell. Appearntly.
