This is a new addition to my NetBattle team. My Clefable! I decided to make it defensive and take advantage of Cosmic Power. Its been working much better than Celebi. Tell me what I need to change.

    Clefable (M) @ Leftovers ** Pretty Fairy
    Trait: Cute Charm
    EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Cosmic Power
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled
    - Thunder Wave

Cosmic Power about 2-3 times. Thunder Wave to cut speed and Seismic Toss to sweep I guess. Softboiled really annoys the opponent especially when you got about 3 Cosmic Powers in effect.

It might not be that good, but if you could help that would be great. :)

That can be arranged. Anything else wrong with Clefable? I want to make it perfect. :)

Indeed, Rest over Softboiled, as status moves can really screw Clefable if not. Also, SToss is not really necesarry, as Clefable's 85 base Sp.Attack allows it to use other special attacks, and it can learn some really good ones, like Flamethrower and Psychic etc.
Psychic is an option over Stoss to take care of Poison types, that are the most common hazers. Also, if you are really evil, you can use Calm Mind, but meh, it's not worth it using it with Cosmic Power.

I hope this is for your UU team because in standard metagame there are way too many Phazers/Hazers and if they catch you resting then you are done... In UU there arent as many phazers/hazers so be careful on your placement

I use a mixture of OU, UU, and maybe some NU. I mostly battle OU because I know what Salamence and Tyranitar and all of those other common show-ups in OU do. I'm suprised that out of all of the random opponents I've faced today that not one of them used Haze or Roar on me.

I also battled Husk today and I didn't get beaten that badly, consider that he's probably been playing way longer than me. :)

Lack of Rest means Toxic is like lol on you
STAT up too much and watch getting CHed and KOed by Fighting moves

INDUSTRIAL TANK SETS DO NOT WORK as they are bound to be CHed or outstalled. Just go Calm Mind/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Softboiled or a more supportive sets with screens, Wish, Thunder Wave etc.

Actually, Heracross like 10KOs me with Brick Break after 5 Cosmic Powers. I guess I could try Toxic on Clefable with Rest so I'm doing some damage in my sleep. :\

That made no sense. Heracross is bound to CH you so don't ***** when he does. In OU you'll get phazed right away

No, not true. I've learned about the most common hazers and phazers and learned how to counter them.

if i were you, i'dd give it return over seismic toss, because it gets STAB and if love is maxed out, it hase a base pwr of 104, + stab, makes 156. thats is more than 100, where seismic only does 100. watch out for ghost though.

Clefable's Attack stinks. A correction is that the Base Power of Return with a STAB is 153. That doesn't always mean it will do more than Seismic Toss.

153 is right, as Return gets max 102. Also, Return keeps count on your Attack, your type, the opponent's def, type, resistances, etc. With return on Blissey, you will much likely do much less than 100 damage even with STAB.
On the other had, SToss ALWAYS does damage=your level, and that's 100 in NB, where all the pokes are lvl 100. there is no defense, no resistance, only ghosts are immune to it.

So with Chansey's bad Attack stat, SToss is better. Although special attacks could work.
