    Greetings!
    I'm sorry if I placed this problem in the wrong section I am new here and didn't see were else to post this.

    As I just stated I am new here and was wondering why I cannot connect to the site unless I use a proxy server. I can connect to just about any other web site in the cyberspace except yours it seems....

    If anyone has any suggestions or answers I would be quite happy receive them.

    It's most likely that your IP has been banned. If you have a dynamic IP just change it and try again, but if you don't have a dynamic IP just send a email to the webmaster and they will try to fix your problem

    Ughh... He doesn't have a problem because he uses a proxy or that his internet doesn't work...

    He can't visit this site without a proxy... In which case, only an admin can help him :)

    Out of curiosity, why is the entire WildBlue ISP banned?
    Is it a security issue on their end that they refuse to fix? (Personally I think any other reason for banning an entire ISP isn't sufficient)

    Apparently, there were like 100 connections at once, or something. And, it wasn't the first time.
    It's a satellite internet service, so..yeah.
    If it is WildBlue, it wouldn't be the first time, really. Because, my ISP has randomly been banned from like Wikipedia, imageboards, and other stuff even when I don't do anything XD;
    Anyway, I needn't derail the topic further; OP, what ISP do you use?

    WildBlue was banned, for too many connections from each of their IPs, but is no longer blanket banned. Individual IPs may be banned for other reasons such as security issues, hacked/virused browsers, bad login attempts, and so on.

    All we need from the OP is their blocked IP (go to www.whatsmyip.com without using a proxy) and we can check and remove any server bans/blocks.

    BTW, thanks for that proxy IP.. *bans it*

    @Hiroshi
    My ISP is comcast.
    I could not connect via the IP address.

    Gah! Annoying can't post links yet....

    Sorry to double post but I might have figured it out. It turns out that my room mate also uses this site. He says that because we use the same connection your filters might not like that and stop me from entering the site. Is that it?

    Nope... Unless your room mate got banned...

    And is he able to come to this site?

    This once happened to me when I committed fail at entering my password one too many times.

    What you absolutely NEED to do is post your IP address Drithlan so that our friendly admins can check to see why that IP is being denied and fix it. (It's probably a ban, gotta be honest that seems likely. As to why, I can't say.)

    https://www.whatismyip.com/ Go here, and copy and paste the number string underneath "Your IP Adress Is:"

    It's the string of numbers with three dots separating the numbers. They need this because it represents your computer and otherwise they have no idea what to look for.

    So yeah, make sure to post that IP and the admins will probably take it from there.

    I think it's my computer.

    Removed now, try to connect to PC now without the proxy

    This issue once happened to me; I'd recommend that you go to your router and restart it. It worked for me.
