    this is my starter only cryastal run. if you don't know what it means i will go the whole game with three saves and only one pokemon my starter!Cyndaquil!

    note i wiil upload pics and vids

    Wow! That would be difficult mate, though if you manage to do it, that'll be great!
     
    Must be a detail I'm missing or something, but it... doesn't sound that hard... Probably me. When I was younger I played through the Pokemon games with pretty much only my starter, only using other Pokemon when I needed them to use HM'S and such.

    By three saves, do you mean you're only going to save three times total? If so, sounds like might be more difficult.
     
    Heh, and what about HM? I dont think that fire starter can learn all that are needed.
     
    And maybe it's just me, but getting to Celadon City in two hours seems a little impossible to me.

    Anyway, I wish you luck. I'm gonna be starting a Pidgey only challenge soon.

    Ya but im going to play it alll day and save when i go to bed. i for got about the hms but i willl go as long as i can with out using it like dark cave i guess i will guess any way im using cyanquil

    pidgy only thats pretty hard till it evoloves good luck

    Yeah, in my opinion, you could catch other pokes for HMs and it would still be okay. Just as long as you don't use them for battle. ;)

    thanks i will put them in to use the hms then store them at the next pokemon

    anyway ia updated the first post with my progress and if any of you support my you can use the banner or just put a link somewhere i will have a video uplaoded to youtube soon probaly tommorrow

    I was going to beat Yellow with only Pikachuu, but I got tired of it and stopped. The only problem about having only 1 Pokemon is that you run out of PP.

    So your catching other pokemon just to use HM's? As long as you don't battle with them
    in my opiniion it's still liike your doing it.

    And about the elite four:
    You may have to wait till your typhlosion like on level 80-100.
    Also, buy lots of fullrestore and maxelixers.
