Few things, Delcatty isn't really benefitting from the nature it has. You'd probably be better off changing to just physical (modest is -a +spa, so zen headbutt isn't really helping you due to it being physical, as well as wild charge) because physical could allow you to change your movesets & use STAB attacks and Delcatty's attack is higher than its spa anyway. Since I think you're going for coverage against fighting types by zen headbutt that, then really, you could go back to gen 4, get a Skitty with an Adamant nature or Jolly (since for zen headbutt to work well, you're going to need to go for a nature that isn't harming your attack). So for shadow ball you could just go for Return to get STAB, make the Pokemon love you and boom, you can cover your main weakness and your attacks will be stronger.

As for Pidgeot, the nature is okay but a +speed nature would've been better. As for U-Turn, I don't think it'll necessarily help your Pidgeot because it doesn't give STAB nor really cover your weaknesses. You could just replace that with Roost, so you can recover damage from Brave Bird.

You could like change from Trick Room to something else for Reuniclus because it's really not going to help your other Pokemon later on (either replace Reuniclus completely or just deal with it being slower). You'd really need really slow Pokemon for that to work out.

For Palkia, why are you going for trick room on a Timid Palkia...? Since Timid increases speed, you're putting yourself at a disadvantage really. :x You could replace Trick Room with Hydro Pump, since then you'd have a stronger version of Surf just sort of riskier to use, or if not, Ice Beam or Blizzard to cover the dragon weakness if Spacial Rend runs out of PP somehow.

I picked modest for Delcatty because she can learn so many great special moves. My SpAttk is like 3 points higher than my Attk. And I might have to go for an adamant Delcatty.

As for Trick Room, most of my Pokemon are slow so we have a good avantage, cept for Palkia :[

My changes/comments will be in BOLD:

    Dialga
    ~modest
    -Fire blast
    -Aura Sphere
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Earth Power

Good, but use Aura Sphere over Magnet Rise. Dialga will OHKO most things and you won't need to use it.

    Palkia
    ~timid
    -Spacial Rand
    -Aura Sphere
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam/Blizzard

Use Ice Beam or Blizzard instead of Trick Room. A lot of your Pokemon are fast and won't be able to take advantage of TR.

    Reuniclus
    ~Modest
    -Recover
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Energy Ball/Calm Mind

This is a much better Reuniclus set. Recover for instant healing. Psychic for STAB, and keep Shadow Ball. For the final slot, use either Energy Ball or Calm Mind. Calm Mind if you want to boost your SpAtk or Energy Ball for overall coverage.

    Beheyeem
    ~Modest
    -Hidden Power
    -Thunderbolt
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic

What's your Hidden Power Type? If it's Ice, then keep it so you get excellent coverage with Thunderbolt. If not, replace it with either Calm Mind or Recover.

Why 2 pure Psychic types? Replace one with a different type so you don't have too many weaknesses.

    Delcatty
    ~Modest
    -Calm Mind/Attract/Sing
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Shadow Ball/Grass Knot/Echoed Voice

This is Delcatty's best Special set, with BoltBeam getting excellent type coverage. Shadow Ball to hit Ghost types, or Grass Knot to hit heavy Rock types. You could even go with Echoed Voice for a STAB move that increases in Power.

    Pidgeot
    ~Adament Nature
    -Fly
    -Facade
    -Brave Bird
    -U-Turn

Roost over U-Turn. Pidgeot doesn't have much going for it compared to other Normal/Flying types of later generations. Staraptor is far superior.

    Hope I helped.

But Dialga would be vulnerable to ground types :[

Yeah, but that's why you switch to something immune to Ground, or use Palkia, since Surf will OHKO every Ground type you run into. Take advantage of the ability to switch in-game. Even if you have to take a hit, you should have potions and things to heal after the battle.
