Leaving yourself wide open to attack is never a good idea. A finishing move? Too situational.

As for Fly, that turn your in the air gives me free time to switch to a poke who resist it (Rock, Steel, high DEF etc). Thunder is 100% accurate when an opponent flies, and the two turns it takes to prepare for Fly at 90 base power, I could use 2 Aerial Aces at 65 base power. 40 more base power with those two turns.

Is my team improved or does it still suck majorly? Also, I am going to remove the Draco Plate from Rayquaza nd Salamence, because they each only have one Dragon type move. Any suggestions as to what to give it instead?
 
Life Orb is an option to consider.
 
Oh boy...it increases the power of moves by-x1.3, I believe? I don't remember by how much, but a good amount. The drawback is, every hit you make causes recoil.
 
Any decent Water, Ice, or Dragon type can rip right through this team. Ubers suck, btw. Get rid of some of the Dragon types, keeping either Nite or Mence. Groudon goes bye bye in exchange for a better Ground type.

and i agree with Purfugly. you want to even out your team. i try to keep as close to the basics as i can, having on my team a Grass, Fire, Water, Dragon, Psychic, and Electric Type Pokémon (just using as an example).
 
Ok, I'm gonna lose Groudon and Dragonite in exchange for maybe Blissey and Lucario.

Fly sucks. Its accuracy is pitiful for a two turn move, and besides, what flying type Pokemon can learn Mean Look? ...

How many people has both Fly & Mean Look? And utilizes them well enough? Face it, in the time it takes to set up Fly, I could instead use Aerial Ace twice.

depends on your Crobat's stats, too, though. if it has a high Attack, then Air Slash isn't going to be a very useful Attack.
 
But then there is Aerial Ace.
 
true, but i think i'd rather run the chance of doing 90 damage and having one turn of no damage to my Pokémon rather than dishing out 120 damage but two turns of damage. but thats just me. we all have our own preferances, right? besides, thats why Nintendo invented the Wide Lense, which ups your Pokémon's Accuracy.

Wide Lens is haxer and frankly, it sucks anyway. And the only Pokemon that wold be able to run this tell-tale combo is Crobat, which.. honestly.. sucks.
 
again, as i have said before, we all have our own preferances, right? what doesn't work for you works for someone else. lets just leave it at that. end of conversation.
 
END OF DISCUSSION!!! its over. how about we continue actually commenting on the thread at hand? its kind of stupid to fight over something pointless with a little 12 year old "know it all". i've said it before, i'll say it again, i have close to 10 years experience playing, i'm a bit more knowledgable than you. Pokémon isn't all about power, but strategy. but i guess someone who still lives off of their mommy and daddy like a parasite wouldn't understand that. now, end of discussion. no more, lets continue talking about the thread. i'm not going into a battle of wits with someone who is unarmed.
