Here's my team, rate it please

    Roselia Lv. 57 Modest/Timid Nature
    & Leftovers
    Moves:
    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam

    Aromatherapy
    Synthesis

Uh, levels don't matter at all. Sunny day powers up solarbeam and synthesis. Roselia isn't very good as a pokemon though. Needs EVs, as do the other pokemon

    Rayquaza Lv. 100 Adamant Nature
    & Leftovers/Shell Bell
    Moves:
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Extremespeed
    Aerial Ace

Uber...not allowed in the OU metagme. Special attacks with adamant are a no-no. Fixed it up. Now rayquaza is a power...for the ubers alone unfortunately.

    Swampert Lv. 64 Relaxed Nature
    & Leftovers
    Moves:
    Surf/Counter/Rest
    Roar

    Earthquake
    Ice Beam

Swampert doesn't really NEED surf, but, whatever. Roar and counter are my chosen moves, but rest works great. Swampy is a bulky water, not a sweeper as he has terrid speed. It's a tank. Plain and Simple.

    Pikachu Lv. 73 Serious Nature
    & Light Ball
    Moves:
    Thunder Wave
    Wish
    HP Grass/Ice

    Thunderbolt

Oh boy, light ball pikachu. Uh, good luck trying to pull this off. It is powerful with light ball but Ash needs to find himself a new partner.

    Minun Lv. 73 Quiet Nature
    & Magnet
    Moves:
    Thunder
    Shock Wave
    Spark
    Thunderbolt

NEVER use plusle or minun, or two electric types unless one is zapdos. Magnet is a terrible item, so yeah. Trash this pathetic piece of garbage.

    Salamence Lv. 58 Serious Nature
    & Focus Band
    Moves:
    Headbutt
    Fly
    Flamethrower
    Dragonbreath

I gotta go! I'll finish with Mence later. HINT: dragon dance is your friend.

    Slamence@Leftovers/Choice Band
    Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    ~Earthquake
    ~Rock Slide
    ~HP Flying/Aerial Ace
    ~Dragon Dance (lefties)/brick Break (CB)

That shoould help. You need a couple walls, that's the problem. Three of your pokemon are weak to ice. Well, that can be fixed because rayquaza and minun are leaving, so bring in the walls! I recommend blissey and steelix. Also, post EVs.

    Evolve Pikachu, first of all.

Secondly, it does not take thousands of eggs to get anything you want through breeding unless it's Shining Pokemon. Just breed them right and it won't take as long. Male's pass on the Egg Moves [and other attacks if the mother knows them as well], if that helps.

Don't forget the evrstone trick. Read up on it in the breeder's corner. That'll save you lots of time. First the team needs to be fixed b4 we we start talking about breeding.

"RunforSix," if you won't evolve the pikachu, kick it off the team. You can be cute all you want, but when mence and gyarados come out you're history. Raichu or new pokemon if you want this team to be competitive.

Wait, Gyarados is doubly weak against, Electric, I have a massive amount of TM's I can probably teach Pika some new moves. Still, I have a Sunflora with Solarbeam, should I breed it (with a Ditto) and then breed that Sunkern with Roselia ? Do I get a Roselia in return ?

I myself have a better movepool than pika. It is craving to evolve. Besides, what king of idiot leaves a gyarados in against an electric type?

Yeah, but again, my dog can beat wallace. The E4 are dirt! They suck! I'm talking about somebody who actually knows how to play. They would switch to a ground type to resist Tbolt completely. That's why Pika is pretty useless. IT REALLY must eveolve. If you refuse, replce it. I'm sorry, but Pikachu is no good, even with light ball. Sharpedo has better defenses...
