Do yourself a favour, and use different Pokemon for each area of the game. What works well for getting through the game (HMs etc), doesn't work for the Battle Frontier. Anyway, let's see what I can do:

You'll need to do a bit of breeding for this one, but it's worth it. Especially effective for the Battle Dome, I found (mostly cos of Tucker's Swampert).

EV: 252 Att/212 Speed/46 HP
Trait: Guts
Facade
Aerial Ace
Steel Wing
Quick Attack/HP physical

If you get lucky with the Hidden Power (Ground, Fighting or Ghost works well), use that. Facade + Guts + STAB powers up Swellow to excessive damage, and the Frontier isn't shy about using status moves. There are better choice for flying types, but Swellow isn't too bad.

Nature: Brave
EV: 168 HP/76 Att/144 Def/92 Sp Att/30 Sp Def

Body Slam/Rock Slide
Overheat
Explosion/Sludge Bomb/Iron Tail

Don't bother about Rest, Torkoal can't survive it. Anyway, Curse works fine for him, although I'd use a different fire type.

Shock Wave and Thunderbolt? Oh no, you need variety to survive. Go with Ice Punch, between these moves you can take on everything except Magneton and Shedinja.

You can't use Rayquaza in the Battle Frontier, so I'll give you one of his better movesets, Choice Band version.

you put grovyle instead of sceptile.but your team needs lots of improvment

facade?no wing attack.

raichu can breed with sceptile

Sceptile can't learn Thunderbolt. It can only learn Thunderpunch, which you get from the Battle Frontier.
