Thanks. I'm battling him right now. He's my cousin. He used Action Replay. He even told me. I mean, how can Arceus learn Brine? I've killed one Arceus, but he's wiped me down to Torterra lol. I'm being pummeled to a pulp.

I asked him that b-fore and he sent out a Maximum statted Giratina along with Raikou Entei and Suicune caught at route 202. I got killed.
 
Then you shouldn't battlehim ever again.

and maybe he'll evntually break down
 
This isn't listed but would you happen to have the Regigigas needed to get the other Regis needed to get Regigigas again (stupid i know)?
