ughh. my uncle deleted my itunes file and I connected my ipod without knowing and now My ipod will never get off the "do not disconnect"

Ahh i stick up for myself when i need to i have not had the best life, espically when it comes to idiots -.- i can't stand people who pick on other people, espically if it is adults picking on kids/teenagers (amung others) .
