I know exactly how to evolve it, so don't tell me how. I got it's beauty stat maxed out by feeding it dry poffins. Then I leveled it up and nothing happened. Anyone know what the problem could be?

What nature is it? It depends on the nature.

corect me if im wrong... lmao... but i think it has 2 b a shiny 2 evolve....

*Corrects you, you're wrong.* Doesn't have to be shiny, its Beauty stat just has to be high enough when you level it up. The best nature for a Feebas is Mild, so breed until you get one. Feed it as many dry Poffins as you can, then level it up. It should evolve. If it doesn't, it needs more Poffins.

    That's what Serebii said.

yea... anything that raises sp attack... so... mild, modest, rash, quiet, bold, or shining...

Oh, darn it! I was just breeding it to get a Feebas that likes dry poffins. Or does that really matter?

who cares if it likes them? screw it, just keep shoving poffins down it's throat till it's maxed out ;)

Well, I thought it might make its beauty increase faster if it liked them. Whatever. Thanks for the info, guys.

If it doesn't like dry food, it won't eat as much, meaning the chance that its beauty stat will get high enough is quite lower.

ug that's weak >_< i haven't done much with poffins in d/p, i actually traded my milotic over from my sapphire. sorry for giving bad advice :(

Try feeding it some high quality poffins. Kelpsy Berries worked well in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald so you should try those.

Okay, I fed it at least 13 dry poffins and maxed out its beauty stat. And it's mild and likes dry food. BUT it still won't evolve when I level it up! I don't know what's wrong! Does it evolve at a certain level or something when it's beauty stat is at max? Just in case this is part of the problem, I'll tell you I'm using Razz Berries to make the dry poffins.

As far as I'm concerned there's no need for a level in this equation. Have you tried feeding it more dry poffins and see what happened?

Gee... thanks for listening. -.- I already sayed you need high quality poffins. Use Kelpsy Berries as I already sayed; they've always worked for me in Emerald.

The problem is that he already gave it the max amount of poffins, but since they're made of Razz Berries they're pretty low quality and don't raise beauty enough.

I see. OK, thanks for clearing that up. So yeah, try and use Kelpsy instead of Razz and see what happens. =/

Well, this stinks. I'm all out of Kelpsy Berries! And I don't have any in my Emerald that I can transfer via holding them either. Are there any other berries that'll work well?

Nope, sorry. I'm no berry expert. =|
