[Other] My Fire Red To-Do-List: In what order should I tackle it?

    Finally I have sorted out what I want and need to do in my hack. Now I can ask the real questions!

    Before I start doing something that is best done later down the line (and essentially doubling my work), as I still have no experience with real hacking, I thought it wise to ask here.

    So, my to-do-list looks like this:

    Leon's and UltimaSoul's Rombase

    Modified Regional PokéDex

    Pokemon REVAMP/REBALANCE/TWEAK

    Wild Pokemon Placement

    Hyper Beam and Giga Impact 120 Power, Low Priority and dont miss. Other minor move tweaks.

    remove/replace unneeded Stones on maps (3 Moon Stones, 1 other Stone each needed)

    TMs reusable. TM50 is Giga Impact.

    Roaming Pokemon (Mew and Celebi)
