It's really good, good shading, although I think the left eye (or Oddish's right eye) looks a bit weird. Oddish only has dot eyes.

It is very Kawaii, Ill give you that one, Arctic ^ ^ Though I'm not to keen on the shading, it seems to go in strips across it's body instead of shading in the neccesary places, if you get my meaning. I would give it more shading under the leafe at the top of its head but other than that I could say anymore about, maybe gve it a sort of wicked expression ^ _-

But anywho, I still think it's Kawaii and it's great for a Paint Shop job. I love the little tonge *Pokes* ^ ^

Anyway weldone to you Arctic. Sorry if I am being a tad harsh >.<
