My First Attempt at a Competitive Team!

So, after learning all about IV's and EV's (and my whole team getting thrashed by my friend's single EV trained Hydreigon), I have decided to give some competitive battling a try!
Here is my team so far.... They are mostly based on my fav Pokémon and would like to keep it that way. But I would be willing to swap Galvantua for another Pokémon if a better one would work better with my team.

I am also sick of trying to get a perfect IV'd team, so I am looking to sacrifice 1 IV Stat for each member, so if someone could tell me which IV my Pokémon could do without.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

I'm just putting this out there, but Pyroar is badly outclassed by other Fire Pokemon like Talonflame, Heatran, both Charizard formes, and even Volcarona. For one, Pyroar's move pool is very shallow, and its abilities aren't that good. Rivalry is inconsistent, and berries are rather uncommon for Unnerve to be worth using. Moxie is a good ability, true, but it's wasted on a special attacker like Pyroar. No other comments, except for these.

Empoleon is a Pokemon that uses its support move pool to good effect, so Assault Vest isn't a good item on it, IMO. Defensive sets should carry Stealth Rock, as it's a very important entry hazard to have in competitive play:
    -Scald
    -Roar
    -Toxic/Stealth Rock
    -Defog/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Chople Berry
    Ability: Torrent

Outside of Gyarados or Azumarill, Thunder Punch doesn't let Gyarados hit anything noteworthy. It would much rather have Earthquake or Fire Punch to hit Steel Pokemon harder. It's true that Weakness Policy works well with Multiscale, but Dragonite may be baited to take a neutral hit with Multiscale intact first, then be finished off with a super effective hit:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    -Extreme Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

Zen Headbutt > Psycho Cut on Mega Gallade. The extra power and flinch chance helps. It's also still decently accurate.

And just putting this out there, but this team will get wrecked by Talonflame, given its immunity to Sticky Web and frailty of most of your team members. Wash Rotom or Therian Landorus check/counter it well, while Thundurus can annoy it with Thunder Wave:

    Wash Rotom:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Knock Off
    -U-turn
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/8 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Knock Off
    -U-turn/Explosion
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spe
    Item: Soft Sand/Earth Plate/Focus Sash

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Knock Off/Superpower/Explosion
    -U-turn
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Thundurus:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Grass Knot
    -Focus Blast/Grass Knot
    -Thunder Wave
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

    or
    -Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Grass Knot
    -Focus Blast/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster
