Ok, I've been trying for weeks to get this team up so it can be rated, but I really haven't had time to get it up because I always get distracted and forget about it later. The held items are changeable, but they are in use for practice. This team is used for mostly double battling, and a few things: 1. I am new to competitive double battling and 2. I know nothing about double battle strategies, so any helpful tips and tricks would be nice. Nothing too harsh though, please.

    So here we go:

We need the EVs not the stats of your Pokemon to give a proper rate.

Also please give a brief description of what each Pokemon does on your team.

Right off the bat I can tell that you:
    a) need a Stealth Rock user
    b) need to remove Psychic and Dragon Pulse from Lucario and get Shadow Ball plus your choice of Hidden Power Ice or Electric or better yet use an SD set (CM Luke is cool but it's a bit gimmicky so I wouldn't use it if you're a begginer)
    d) Don't use Hyrdo Cannon EVER! Use Surf or Hydro Pump instead.

Also if this is for double battling it needs moar Protect and Explosion.

ok i knew i was gonna get questioned about the EV's, but being new to team building i dont know how to check the EV's, I also don't know how to check Hidden Power, and yeah i was actually thinking about dropping Hydro Cannon, I hardly ever use it much. I could teach Stealth Rock to Empoleon instead of Toxic. Shadow Ball is probably a good idea for Lucario. And as for the rest, I have really only come up with a few good combinations with this team. Camerupt and Leafeon/Camerupt and Staraptor. The rest are pretty much fillers until I can find a good use for them.

There are certain berries that reset your Pokemon's EVs from there you can re-EV train them properly. Check Bulbpedia for the names of these berries.

If this is D/P/Pt you can check Hidden Power types in the Veilstone Game Corner prize room. You can always breed, hack, or RNG abuse for the right Hidden Power type.
