I am not changing anything on absol except its Item. Please Bold the changes you make.

    Accelgor (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Sticky Hold
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Spikes
    - Bug Buzz
    - Hidden Power (Rock)
    - Focus Blast

Accelgor needs Hidden Power Rock more than it needs Giga Drain. That move allows it to hit Fire Pokemon harder than Focus Blast would. If you intend to keep Giga Drain, drop Spikes for the move.
Or it can dedicate itself to setting up Spikes in the lead position:
    -Spikes
    -Bug Buzz
    -Final Gambit
    -Focus Blast/Hidden Power (Rock)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Sticky Hold

    Cinccino (F) @ Life Orb/Choice Band
    Trait: Skill Link
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature
    - Bullet Seed
    - Rock Blast
    - Tail Slap
    - Aqua Tail (if Life Orb)/U-turn (if Choice Band)

There's absolutely no reason for Cinccino to use Return, as a 5-hit STAB Tail Slap outdamages it. While it's true that Return is more accurate, Cinccino isn't too strong, and needs the extra power that Tail Slap provides. Change Cinccino's item to Life Orb or Choice Band. If you opt for Life Orb, drop Return for Aqua Tail to hit weakened Steels hard. If you opt for Choice band, use U-turn to scout the opponent, once again, over Return.

    Absol (F) @ Life Orb/Dread Plate
    Trait: Super Luck
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
    Naughty/Adamant Nature
    - Superpower
    - Night Slash
    - Fire BlastPursuit
    - Sucker Punch

I know you don't want to change Absol, but once again, here are my two cents on it: Absol is so frail that even a weakened Fighting hit granted by Chople Berry can severely damage it, if not OHKO it. Use Life Orb or Dread Plate as the item. Absol also NEEDS Superpower to hit Steels and Rocks hard; just switch out to get around the Attack and Defense drops. There's no reason to use Psycho Cut, as Superpower already damages opposing Fighting Pokemon already. Take note that Absol's defenses aren't its strong point; even with your investment in that stat, it still folds to virtually any decently powered physical hit. I also think Fire Blast hurts Tangrowth more than Megahorn would.

    Amoonguss (F) @Black Sludge
    Trait: Regenerator
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/52 SAtk/116 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Spore
    - Clear Smog/Sludge Bomb
    - Stun Spore/Synthesis/Hidden Power (Fire/Rock)

Amoonguss uses Giga Drain as its main offensive move. Careful ruins that point. Rollout is very unreliable and locks Amoonguss into battle. True, Rollout hits Amoonguss' weaknesses supereffectively, but faster Ice, Fire and Flying Pokemon like Entei, Typhlosion and Moltres, can prey on Amoonguss' low Speed and KO it. Ingrain also locks Amoonguss into battle, which leaves it helpless against its checks and counters. It also ruins the point of Regenerator, which restores its HP when it switches out of battle.

    Druddigon (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rough Skin
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 236 HP/252 Atk/20 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Claw
    - Sucker Punch
    - Fire Punch/Earthquake
    - Stealth Rock

Since Druddigon appears to use the offensive Stealth Rock set, change the nature to Adamant and the EVs to 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def. Also, use Sucker Punch over Earthquake or Fire Punch so that Druddigon can overcome its terrible Speed.

If you want a more effective defensive Druddigon, use this:
    -Glare
    -Dragon Tail
    -Stealth Rock/Rest
    -Earthquake/Sleep Talk
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Rough Skin

Scyther is MASSIVELY weak to Stealth Rock, so Rapid Spin support is pretty much mandatory on it, and you don't have one with you. You currently lack a way to deal with opposing Steels outside of Druddigon, so Emboar is a good way of countering these Pokemon; I'd use Emboar over Scyther because of that reason alone:
    -Flare Blitz
    -Wild Charge
    -Head Smash
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 236 HP/252 Atk/20 Spe (Adamant) or 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Choice Band (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Superpower
    -Grass Knot
    -Wild Charge/Sleep Talk
    Nature: Rash
    EVs: 72 Atk/252 SAtk/184 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

Poliwrath is also another option to take advantage of the hazards that Druddigon and Accelgor provide:
    -Scald
    -Circle Throw
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
Additional comments: Not all your Pokemon benefit from Leftovers at all, especially Cinccino and Accelgor. They're too frail to make use of that item and are better off with Life Orb or Choice items.

I hope I'm not too late to add to this review, but I'd also take PD's advice here. Also, I've discovered that your current team is open to Ice, Flying and Rock-type attacks, so you need a steel type to cover these weaknesses. Aggron, Klinklang and Magneton are good choices, but Magneton is in my opinion the best one in this case as not only it has STAB Electric-type move that can take care of bulky Water and Flying-types, but it also has the special ability to trap and kill steel-types.

Here's my recommended moveset for Magneton
    ~ Substitute
    ~ Thunderbolt
    ~ Hidden Power Fire
    ~ Volt Switch

As for a Rapid Spin user, I'd choose either Cryogonal or Kabutops, as they both have great STAB coverage moves to help your team. They will definitely help Scyther and Accelgor, the two Pokemon that have a Stealth Rock weakness.

    Cryogonal's set
    ~ Rapid Spin
    ~ Ice Beam
    ~ Recover
    ~ Haze/Reflect
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP / 168 Def / 92 SpD

    Kabutops' set
    ~ Rapid Spin
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Aqua Jet
    ~ Swords Dance/Waterfall
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Weak Armor
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
