As the title says, this is my first team. Please be brutal, as I don't have much experience, and the more critique I get the more I'll know, and the less I'll get my ass kicked... Hopefully.

Weavile
Hasty Nature
Focus Sash
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Fake-out
Taunt
Counter
Icepunch
Weavile is basically there to take out any suicide leads. Taunt stops most of them from using stealth rock hypnosis or trick, although there will be the odd infernape that will outrun it but meh. Fake-out will hopefully get rid of any focus sashes on aerodactyls, Infernape or Azelf.
Ice punch is there for two things, one to take out aerodactyl, or any dragon pokemon that decide to sweep me. Counter should take out a A bronzong using gyroball. The taunt/counter strategy can also take out a leading Gyarados, who would start with dragon dance, or tyranitar, in which I would use counter before taunt.
Skarmory
Shell bell
Impish nature
252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe
Bravebird
Roost
Whirlwind
Stealth rock
This should come after weavile. If I get faced by the unexpected blissey, I'll use stealthrock then whirlwind it out, and switch in charizard. If push comes to shove, bravebird and roost are there to give it some offensive capabilities, if I become very desperate.

Mixzard
Rash Nature
Life orb
60 Atk/ 252 SpA/ 196 Spe
Fire blast
Hidden power grass/electric (haven't finished the IV breeding, so iunno)
Air Slash
Focus punch
I'm hoping to tear holes in their team with charizard. It's high Spa and Speed should take out a few walls, and usually someone will switch in a blissey, which will be met by a focus punch to the face. Hidden power should take out a Troublesome Gyarados or the odd kingdra if I'm lucky. Stealth rock has to be on, or else he's useless. Umbreon will support it and bring it back in, and scizor will revenge kill whatever comes in later.

Scizor Revenge!
Choice band
Adamant
Technician
248 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 8 Spe
Uturn
Bullet punch
QuickAttack
SuperPower
Bullet punch is the main move here, STAB and Technician should boost its power, so it can take out a weekend opposing sweeper. Bullet punch gets 60% minimum on salamence, and can OHKO Gengar too. Uturn hits hard after STAB and lets it scout for counters. SuperPower lets it OHKO Magnezone and Heatran as they switch in. QuickAttack can effectively revenge kill anything Charizard leaves.
Support Umbreon
Leftovers
Careful nature
252 Hp/ 92 SpD/ 164 Spe
Protect
Yawn
Wish
Payback
Umbreon is the water boy, no one really appreciates him, but it's fine, because in his eyes, he's getting his time to shine, and that's enough for him. Umbreon is there to support the cocky jock Mixzard. As soon as he's feeling the heat, Umbreon switches in, uses wish, and puts his problem to sleep, albeit using protect to keep himself safe.
Sweep!
Adamant
Leftovers
224 HP / 84 Atk / 200 Spe
Dragon Dance
Dragon claw
Earthquake
Roost
He's really only there to take out other dragons, and with the right IV's and EV's, he should be able to outrun an opposing Salamence. Typical Dragon dancer. Earthquake should be able to counter a few fire types, or electric.
