Well for sweepers they aren't that bad, but an all sweeper team isn't going to last very long...

WTF!?

No way, stick with Speed For Medicham not Defense, and have him Jolly.

You have 2 pokemon who can only attack with HP Bug, for Jask I prefer Aerial Ace or Silver Wind, for Scizor I prefer Steel Wing or Silver Wind.

Definately go Meteor Mash over HP Steel, it's a little less accurate, but it's worth it.

Divide the EVs between Def and HP maybe 200 Hp and 52 Def
Use HP Flying, Eq, Rockslide/Ancient Power,
Double Edge is useless, because it has 120 base power and isn't super effective against anything. Counting STAB Eq has a base power of 150 and is super effective against some types.

the point of it having sp def is to be able to tank while using agility/sdance, i use hp bug for swarm and stab and it is stronger and has high pp than swind.

Silver Wind lets you play with hax a little for it's bonus.
Happens all the time for me in battles that aren't important never happens when I need it.

For Marowak, Bonemerang > Earthquake.

bonermang is less accurate, and it does enough damage anyways. ill take out double edge, but the person who suggested on gave me 3 moves, not 4, so wut should i replace it with? "Use HP Flying, Eq, Rockslide/Ancient Power" thats only 3/4. maybe brick break? btw, except for scizor/ninjask, they all have above 550 attack without any boosts

Boomerang > Earthquake because it can take out Subs and still deal damage. If there's a good multiple-hit move, use it.
