6th Gen my game freezes

    The game freezes after beating Shauna at the beginning of the game.

    I tried formating the 3ds, changing the SD card...
    This is the second game card of pokemon X I get, so I suppose its not the problem ( the first one had the same problem).

    May i suggest something i read?Havent tried it.When it freezees mash the home button
