Time to showcase my GIFs, it takes so many frames just for a few second long animation. Either way:

Its quite hard to do animated pixels, and I really love how you did both of the One Piece animations. As for the Charizard, the ears need to match the body and when you look really closely at the top of the wing, you see it turn white, you might want to fix that

There is no outlining to the charizard.
It's still in black. Fix the shading and it will look better.

They look good, the Charizard needs some more shading, and the Flame should be moving.
But why put One Piece Animations? All you need are a sprite sheet and an Animator, like BMG.

Um, like only two things from this thread can even be considered your own work. No, animating sprites that others have ripped does not count).
