    My best friend Ben has an Action Replay and gave me these.

    Starmie@ Expert Belt
    IV's: 31 All
    EV's: 6 HP/ 252 Sp. Attk/ 252 Spd
    Ability: Natural Cure
    Nature: Modest
    -Psychic
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam

    Its my lead/special sweeper. Lots of type coverage makes the expert belt a natural choice.

    IV's: 31 All
    EV's: 252 HP/ 252 Attk/ 6 Spd
    Ability: No Guard
    Nature: Adamant
    -Dynamic Punch
    -Earthquake
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

    Its my physical sweeper. Even though it does not have high speed it can still inflict massive damage, and can take a hit thanks to his HP. No guard will ensure that dynamic punch hits.

    My all around tank. Can take an Ice beam and can deal some pretty good damage too after a few dragon dances.

    My other all around tank. Most people don't expect a Regigigas let alone one thats not physical. Thunder wave is only there as filler. The hidden power ice has the highest power possible (70). I mainly use thunderbolt as my main attack unless I'm against a ground type in which case I use hidden power.
     
    Lul, you hacked for THIS? Pity, that.

    Anyways, if you're gonna' hack then just hack yourself straight to the win while you're at it; I only offer suggestions on legit teams. :\

    I don't like hack teams. But yours is quite funny. Specially Blissey, that thing made me laugh even more than CBBlissey.

    If he has got an action replay then whats a Machamp without Sheer Cold? XDXDXD
    Starmie should have Choice Specs.
    Machamp should have Guts to get a boost from ReSTALK.
    Blissey should have Toxic and Aromatherapy.
    Dragonite needs Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw/Rush, Roost and Fire Punch.
     
    You know, if you're gonna hack, at least give yourself an advantage...

    If you'd edit the first post with a legit team I'd help, but...it's hacked, and badly at that.

    Even if it were legit, it isn't good...so that's my rating. Hope that helped at all.
     
    You people don't understand the reason behind using Action Replay. It's not about "giving yourself an advantage", it's about not wasting countless hours breeding and stuff like that. IVs can be maxed, but the stats should remain in legal range.

    Regardless, this team is pretty bad... come on, do some basic research around Blissey... giving it 252 sp.def evs is awesome if you want it to die to Tackle. Also Regigigas isn't that useful and I wouldn't suggest using it, at least not like that.
     
    To add onto that, tanks should have a nice split of EVs, not all defensive, and HP>defenses. And hacking is still illegal.
