Question, when you say you need 'collectors' on staff, what exactly do you mean?
(Asking becuse I collect pokemon myself... usually multiples of one species.)
 
I think he means that he wants people with a great collection..
To become apart of staff..
Like Iv bred,ev trained,shinies,events and legendaries.
Well that is most likely.

Can I get an Espeon? Or does it have to be an Eevee first? If that's the case, can I get an eevee? xD

You can breed anything LH/Chicken Little(waiting for you to decide)... Hmm if you can IV breed I need some specific natures and some okay IVs
