Houndoom, I prefer to use Subrevving, as I use it as a SkarmBliss counter, Sub/Reversal/Flamethrower/Crunch or Pursuit.
Pursuit is to catch Zam off guard, Crunch to deal damage, make sure you give him some attack EV's if you decide to ue this set, mine personally has maxed attack, he needs it.
No point in defence EV's on him, as he can't take a hit, so EV wise spread it between Attack, Special Attack, and Speed, I make sure mine has around 300ish speed, to outrun most things and set up Sub, so you can Sub down to Salc Berry, and Reversal efficiently.

Blastoise, looks fine, though remember he can pull off Tanking aswell, you might want to give that a go (Rest/Haze/Toxic) but your set looks fine.

Walrein, doesn't look bad, but my Yawnball set works better if you can pull it off (Yawn/Ice Ball), though it can backfire at times.

Porygon2, your set looks like it could work, however, I prefer Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Toxic/Recover better, with some EV's in Special Attack, Defence, and Special Defence, you have yourself a very nice pok?mon indeed.

Dragonite, your mixed set has potential, however, I prefer Subpunching Boltbeaming Dragonite, I used to not like it much, but I've gotten usedto it, and like it alot (Substitute/Focus Punch/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt), it has everything covered.

Skarmory, it's a little different to standard in having HP Ground over HP Flying or Aerial Ace, I think your set here could work, but I'd consider losing Toxic for HP Flying or Aerial Ace, considering you can't have Drill Peck and Whirlwind at the same time.

Your team is not over used by the way, only Skamory is.

Doom: I like my doom, nearly as much as i like zard and blakizen. I like your idea, but the sexyness of this is just too good

Pory: I need something to kill fighting types, that inflict murder on my team, im kepping phychic, however i may replace T-wave w/ recover or toxic, as it is a bit unreliable.

D-Nite: Sub puncher, eh? Can every fing these days be turned into sub punchers?I probley will go d-niteboah

Skarm:HP ground suks, im gonna replace it. How ever, ill keep toxic and possibly replace w-wind for roar to enable d-peck

Anyway, I think you might want to replace Wow for something else on Houndoom, as it'll just die when it uses it, regardless of whether it was a physical attack coming your way or not.

My Walrein set is just a little fun set to play around with, you could consider using Encore on him as a little trick, perhaps Encore/Yawn/Surf/Ice Beam :P

I see why you would like Psychic, but trust me, Porygon2 can take a hit, I have both of my defences at 240, and he can survive through anything, unfortunately he is to slow and if anything takes off over 50% the first hit, you lose, so I see your reasoning in keeping Psychic.

Dragoboah/Boahnite :P, won't work, it works for Tyranitar since he gets STAB off Crunch, making it his main attack, you should give Dragonite a go with my set and see how it turns out.

As for Skarmory, I prefer Whirlwind over Roar, you never know when someone whips out a Baton Passing team and whoops out Mr. Mime.

Overall, you have a 3x Fighting weakness, which in my opinion you may want to fix up, as Porygon2 is the only one of them able to take a hit.

My suggestion is to get rid of Walrein, and replace it with something aimed at getting rid of your teams weaknesses, considering this will reduce the fighting weakness to 2, and your electric and grass weak to 2, you may want to consider something like Dugtrio, with Earthquake to cover Electrics, Aerial Ace to cover Grass and fighting, the other 2 could be Rock Slide and HP Bug or something, you never know who has a BPing Celebi :D

I'm thinking CB mence ruins this team with prediction. Skarmory can't take too many brick breaks but, even if it did most mence have flamethrower or Fire Blast.

Nothing on your team is safe from it

Yes, Porygon2 is awesome, especially shiny.

Special defense EVs on Skarm seem like a lost cause, considering a well placed Bolt/fire attack will KO it, anyway. I'd go with Roar/Drill peck for STAB. Toxispikeshuffling may look nice on paper, but it's dependant on a lot of prediction and a team centred around stalling/tanking as support.

No, Skarmory can take a hit or two with Special Defense EV's, which allows it to set up a layer of Spikes, or Toxic.

MetalMario, Toxispikeshuffling is something Skarmory can do on his own, his only backup needs to be something to take Special Attacks, hence SkarmBliss, it's not SkarTeam is it? :P

Husk is right, you need something to take a hit, and possibly setup with, consider something like Vaporeon, maybe Acid Armour/Baton Pass/Ice Beam/Wish or Surf? :P
