My internet on my 3ds keeps cutting out :(

Hi, when ever I connect to the internet on my 3ds to trade or battle etc it cuts out within 5-10 minutes, it only started happening 2 days ago, and it doesn't cut out on my laptop etc, anyone have any ideas why? thanks.
