Did you do all of these with SAI? You're making me want to crack out that program again...

Yeah I think sai is the best program for art. Photoshop is nice but I only see it being useful for cel shading.

I've seen people do some pretty awesome non-cel shading things in Photoshop... but then again, you're right, SAI is purely a drawing program, while Photoshop is actually more slanted towards photomanipulation so you have to hack at it a bit to make it do what you want.
