This is the first thread I have ever made in my life on any kind of forum and I hope I dont go against any rules. I'm SO nervous....well here goes
You see, I'm in kind of a tight situation. I have to battle this kid who uses "ubers" and has fully evolved Pokemon like Charizard. I only have one and a half more weeks to train till the big battle and I need a good moveset for my Larvitar and Dratini
Keep in mind that I'm not planning on evolving my Larvitar nor my Dratini (I'm gonna be one of the first pre-evolved form Pokemon masters)
So if any of you smart moveset studiers can give me a good moveset for my Larvitar and Dratini, I'd be really happy.

U are stupid because u should evolve them so

    larvitar/Tyranitar L ??
    ?
    ?
    ?
    EQ
    rock slide
    AA/sub/t-bolt/ice beam/flamethrower/focus punch/crunch (pick 2)

    Dragonite
    ?
    ?
    ?
    wing attack/AA
    dragon claw
    flamethrower/DD/t-wave/ice beam/t-bolt (pick 2 )

I'm not stupid. I just want to show people like you that I will own with Pokemon like these.
I was thinking about Flamethrower for my Dratini..... I guess that seconds it.
If you trainers have any more suggestions (and respect my anti-evolving thing) feel free to post.
Oh yeah, besides Larvitar and Dratini, I have a Pidgeotto, an Arcticuno, I may get a Tropius and right now I have a Marowak. But I've decided their movesets. ^_^

well, if the person is using ubers then chances are they're probably at a high level since most ubers were at a high level when they were first caught. i'd say if you're not gonna evolve your pokemon, at least level them up to level 100. just buy lots of full heals and revives and start fighting elite 4 over and over again i guess. or use rare candies if you have them, and give them the proper ev's.

if you don't want to evolve them, fine, just don't complain when kyogre OHKO larvitar and dratini...... i'm pretty sure a charizard with hp grass can OHKO larvitar too, and dragon claw OHKO dratini. you might not even touch your opponent...

    larvitar@lefties
    adament
    evs:att, hp
-earthquake<-- your best bet against ubers
    -sub
-rockslide(if you're faster you can OHKO charizard with this)
    -dragon dance

both earthquake and rockslide gets STAB. sub helps you avoid status. dragon dance because well, you'll probably need it if you plan on doing any sort of damage. forget ev's in speed cuz he's not outrunning anybody, so max ev in hp.

    dratini@petaya
    modest
    evs:sp.att, hp
    -ice beam
    -tbolt
    -surf
    -flamethrower

if he's at a high enough level then you just might be able to sweep all of his pokes with this set. i highly doubt it though. no offense but it's nearly impossible to own ubers with unevolved pokes with glaring weaknesses. kyogre with surf OHKO larvitar, and ice beam OHKO dratini... owning ubers would require the other person being an incompetent trainer and pokes with messed up movesets.

    Oh yes, the wonderful STAB
And if my Larvitar gets owned, ol' faithful Pidgeotto will come to the rescue and if she fails, Cassidy my Ninetails and Cassidy, my Combusken will end the battle.
My Larvitar does know rockslide though.
I train in the Elite4 till the bloody pulp if I have to win. And if I lose, it'll just prove I have more training to do.
Plus why would I want to evolve my adorable Larvitar for such a scary Tyranitar.
Thanks, you guys, I will eventually make a statement.

You MUST evolve Larvitar and Dratini. Dragonite and Tyranitar make very powerful mixed sweepers. If you like cute Pokemon stick to Contests. If you are a battler you must evolve. If you choose to evolve here are your movesets:
Dragonite@Scope Lens(make it get even stronger)
    T/Bolt
    Fire Blast
    Hyper Beam
    D/Claw(STAB)

    Tyranitar@Quick Claw(HUGELY speed deficient)
    Crunch
    EQ
    Rock Slide
AA if possible (if not use D Claw)

May I ask what are ubers?
basically pokemon with stats that add up to over 600. and yes, that means they are mostly legendaries, but not just legendaries, the strongest of legendaries. mewtwo, kyogre, etc.

Okay you guys, thanks for all your help. My movesets are decided now.

Well I will prove you wrong when Larvitar and Dratini pwn. Not all the trainers in the world will bring me down. I will one day be an idol and a legend even if it takes me till I'm twenty.
And now that I realize what 0bers are, the only "00ber" this kid has is a Charizard so I guess I'm well off.

charizard is not a uber actually. he's actually between BL(borderline) and OU(overused). there are a lot of pokemon with much better stats and movepool than charizard.

and this is a game. a pokemon has max stats. this isn't like the tv show where each pokemon are unique and you can have an invincible cute pokemon like pikachu or whatever. an unevolved pokemon, even with the right natures and prefect IV's and perfect EV's still do not have the stats of a very messed up uber.

    larvitar
    241hp, 164att, 136def, 118speed, 126sp.att, 136sp.def
that's the stats of a larvitar(with perfect IV and no EV's at lv.100). now let's look at an uber such as kyogre(since this poke alone can sweep larvitar and dratini)

    kyogre
    341hp, 236att, 216def, 216speed, 336sp.att, 316sp.def
this is the stats of a kyogre(with perfect IV and no Ev's at lv.100). the stats clearly aren't even close, with over 100+ advantage in pretty much every single category except attack. but don't worry, kyogre won't be using any physical attack at all, it'll just be using its sp.att which is at a ridiculous 336.

all the stats of the pokes have a fixed maximum, and ubers are called ubers for a reason because their stats are simply much much higher than the average poke.
