all pkmn will be on Lv 60 soon

never have 2 of the same type moves that dont have extra effects. venasaur: vinewhip is a very weak attack. replace razor leaf with sunny day, give it solarbeam, keep synthesis, teach it toxic/leechseed
pidgeot r also weak, get a fearow/swellow. teach swellow aerial ace, endeavor, facade, filler
gyrados have very low sp. att. go w/ earthquake, dragon dance, hp ground, filler

    Gyarados Lv57 (female)
    modest nature item(blackglasses)
    bite

Lv.55 (or higher) Zapdos will be ok for Lorelei Bruno's fighting pkmn, and Gary's Pidgeot, Gyarados and Charizard
Lv.55 (or higher) Gyarados for Bruno's Onix's, Lance's Aerodactyl and maybe Gary's Charizard and Sandslash
Lv.55 (or higher) Articuno for Bruno's fighting pkmn, Lance's Dragonair's and Dragonite and Gary's Execcute/Exeggutor (I started with Squirtle so, meh...)
You don't really want any fighting pkmn in this, maybe for Lorelei's Ice/Water combos, but there's quite a few fighting resistant pkmn
You could have a Lv.50 (or higher) Pidgeot for backup if Zapdos or Articuno faints

Buy about 30 Revives, 30 Hyper Potions, 30 Full Restores and it'll be a breeze =P

Thx for your help I needed it

The strategy forum really expects you to be at least post-E4, meaning you've beat the game, and got access to everything, only waiting for competitive battling and so on...

As for getting through ingame, just 2 words for you, and you can defeat anything:
